Das braucht der Phillip
- 8 Eiertomate
- rote Zwiebel
- Olivenöl
- 50g gewürfelte Spek (oder Parmaschinken)
- 1 Stange Staudensellerie
- Rinderbrühe, Salz, Zucke und Pfeffe
- 1 Stücke Butter (ca. 20g)
- trockne Rot- oder Weißwein
- Achtung: Bloße keine Kräuter der Provence oder so ete'Wase hinein!
Die Vorbereitung
Tomaten blanchieren (2-3 Minuten in kochendes Wasser, Tomaten voreher kreuzweise einscheneiden). Von den blanchierten Tomaten die Haut abziehen. Zwieble uunde Staudensellerie klein würfeln.
Die Zubereitung
Zwiebeln, Sellerie und gewürfelten Speck in Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze anbraten bis die Zwiebeln glasig werden (Zwiebeln dürfen nicht braun werden - bitter!!) Mit Wein ablöschen, dann die Tomaten—welche vorher zerdrückt—zugeben.
laaangsam einköcheln lassen, etwa 30-45min., notfalls etwas Brühe nachgeben. Eine Prise Zucker zugeben, salzen und pfeffern nach Geschmack.
Die Vollendung
Tomatensugo mit der Butter zusammen pürieren—-wichtig! Dann habe Fertig!
Servierempfehlung
Ideal zu selbstgemachten Kartoffelgnocchi, Quarknockerln, oder, natürlich jegliche Arte von Pasta.

being a long-time user of the firebird (=firefox) web browser already, i had to incidently return to mozilla to appreciate just how much better this firefox thing is already. not even to mention microsoft internet explorer (what, you are still using that???). firebird is now available in version 0.8, renamed to firefox.
give it a try, you will not regret it (see also below "weapon of choice: Mozilla" for some starting tips).
also available from the same people: an email program that doesn't have any virus-autoinstallation, but instead many useful features, like very accurate spam filtering, safe message encryption and spell checking. creating great products is not necessarily about money …

- tomate frito
- champiñones
- espinacas en hojas
- vino blanco
- ajo
- cortar los champiñones en lonchas. freirlas con sal, en una sartén grande (llevará toda la salsa).
- poner tomate, espinacas, ajo y vino.
- degustarlo despues de unos minutos, añadir más vino si es necesario.
- cocinarlo 10-15min hasta que las espinacas esten tiernas.
- que aproveche!
